Recommended Usage Rate For Meat Mixes
1/2 teaspoon (4 gms) per pound of meat mix
We also highly recommend the addition of 1/2 teaspoon salt per pound of homemade mix.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS THOROUGHLY
KALAC M38 and salt may be added before freezing or storing mixture.
